Takie zdanie miales do przetlumaczenia, 'nie moge jesc, bo wlasnie zjadlem pizze ze znajomymi'?

A ostatnie bym zrobił w Present Perfect, bo widać od razu rezultat działania z przeszłości (zjadł, teraz nie może)
