Angielski - prośba o sprawdzenie

What's up? I hope everything is fine and you are looking forward to our next meeting.
I visited some geeks, that take everything about healthy diet too serious. We were talking about vegetables in our life. Mr. Tomato was organiser, do you know him? He knows everything about healthy diet.
We gathered in one of parks on last Sunday at 1pm.
Mr. Tomato gave us some advices. He told to eat vegetables and avoid drinking cafee.
In my opinion, he said many important and smart sentences in his lecture but anyways I'm not gonna give up eating, that what I like.
I don't wanna give you an order to follow these advices. Do what you want but remember eating is one of the most beutyful parts in our life.

Poza tym, imo nie powinieneś używać słów typu gonna itp., nawet w liście nieformalnym, ale jak tam chcesz.
Reszta jest chyba dobra, aczkolwiek ja jestem średnio zaawansowany, więc moge się mylić.

A swoją drogą, zaczynasz list nieformalnie, więc ja bym zastosował skróty w drugim zdaniu, bo brzmi to bardzo formalnie.

W naszym narodowym języku w takim układzie to by brzmiało "jest jedną z najpiękniejszych część". Dlatego pytanko: dlaczego nie 'parts'? Wtedy wyszłoby "jest jedną z najpiękniejszych części".

odnosnie advices to z z tego co wiem, rzeczownik 'advice' nie wystepuje w liczbie mnogiej, tak samo jak information czy furniture...

Jeżeli uczysz się angielskiego używaj poprawnych struktur, na zabawy z gonna wanna przyjdzie czas później. Na tym etapie IMO to wywołuje lekki usmieszek politowania.

Looking forward jest jak najbardziej w porządku. Wg mnie brzmi nawet trochę mniej formalnie od "look forward". Obie formy są poprawne.

Poza tym w tekście brakuje w kilku miejscach przedimków a/an/the.
Jak poprzednicy, zdecydowanie odradzam używanie "gonna", "wanna", "sorta", "kinda" etc.
Być może brzmią dla Ciebie "cool" ale chyba nie o to tu chodzi :)
