Ebay - wtopiłem? czy jeszcze nie?
Kupiłem 5 dni temu bilet na AC/DC od kolesia w UK. Zapłaciłem w tym samym dniu paypalem.
Koleś sprzedawał około 50 biletów, miał ponad 3000 pozytywów i moze ze 3 negatywy ale tylko odnosnie tego ze dostarczał bilety w przeddzien koncertów. Koleś wysłał mi potwierdzenie ze
dostał pieniądze i napisał ze dostarczy jak tylko dostanie od promotora.
Wszystko ok ale dzisiaj wchodze na strone aukcji a tam:

Placiles przez Paypal, o ile mi wiadomo ubezpieczaja oni wszystkie zakupy. Jak najszybciej pisz mail do Ebay, wyjasnij swoja sytuacje i zapytaj sie co sie stalo z kontem tego kolesia, to nie polska firma, dla nich najwazniejsza jest satysfakcja klienta wiec powinni pomoc bez problemow.

Spokojnie, jeśli płaciłeś paypalem wejdź na swoje konto na paypalu, odnajdź transakcję i poszukaj opcji open dispute. Tam zapytaj kupującego co z biletami i czekaj na odpowiedź. Jeśli się nie odezwie paypal zwróci Ci kasę po jakimś czasie. Tam jednak z reguły się odzywają - no i usunięcie konta na ebayu nie jest równoznaczne z jego usunięciem na paypalu gdzie poziom weryfikacji jest dużo wyższy.

Zaledwie pare tygodni temu mialem podobna sytuacje, kupowalem gre na NDS, sprzedajacy mial jakies klopoty z eBayem, i zawiesili mu konto (identyczny komunikat). W miedzyczasie kupiona gre dostalem, i nie moglem nawet pozytywa wystawic, bo wywalalo blad - dopiero po paru dniach konto zostalo odwieszone, i wszystko sie dobrze skonczylo.
Ale oczywiscie rob szybko jak Mazio radzi, w moim przypadku chodzilo o parenascie funciakow, nie ponad 100..

dostałem odpowiedz od Ebaya ze zawiesili mu konto nie podali przyczyn i kazali skontaktowac sie z paypalem zeby odzyskac kase.
Dostałem też list od sellera ze przeprasza i ze to nie jego wina jest wkurzony bo sprzedał 80 biletów i paypal mu zamroził kase.

On Wednesday 29 October 2008 at exactly 12:53:09 I received an email from Ebay notifying me that my ebay account was being suspended “as a precaution” while a review is being conducted. The email did not give specific information on what exactly the review is about but it did say specifically that “Please understand we're not accusing you of dishonest behaviour”.
Needless to say that I was gobsmacked to find myself in this horrid predicament as I have always tried to maintain the highest standards of both customer service and efficient ticket delivery. I have been proud to achieve in excess of 3,800 positive feedback (yes that is thousands!!!) and have experienced high repeat customer levels and amazing word-of-mouth! In fact if you check my huge positive feedback you will find that in the very hours just before my account was suspended buyers were leaving me positive feedback having received their tickets that very morning! You will not be able to find even one solitary customer who has not received their tickets from me up to now and any delays in delivering tickets have been caused purely by the fact that the promoters always release the tickets much closer to the concert date!
I can not possibly fathom what on earth possessed ebay to suspend my account under these circumstances and the only response I have heard back from them so far is that they can not disclose their reasons and “routine reviews” like this happen all the time! Which is totally ridiculous because concert tickets are a time sensitive commodity and if the funds are not released to me then obviously I am not going to send the tickets to my customers!
Paypal has frozen tens of thousands of pounds of my (or your) money and are refusing to release it to either me or you. These funds relate to numerous sales that I have achieved with a lot of hard work during the last few months. I have tried to come to the bottom of this matter by doing a search on Google and I have come across various websites such as www.paypalsucks.com and www.paypalwarning.com where to my horror I have read that this is something they do all the time in order to keep peoples’ money frozen within their system for long periods of time deliberately!
Of course I will try to fight my case as forcefully as humanly possible and I do hope that I will get my account reinstated in due course but having read those horror stories one must be prepared for the worst case scenario which is that Paypal keeps all the money and you get no tickets at all. Having taken legal advice regarding this matter I have been told that you do have a remedy in getting your money back and that is by going to your credit card issuer and asking them to action a “chargeback” for “goods not received” – you might then have to fill some forms however you will definitely get all your money reversed into your account in a matter of days. Whether you would like to initiate those procedures now or wait to see how successful I am in my fight to re-instate my account it is totally up to you. I personally have no control whatsoever to those funds as they have never been released to me and Paypal will not allow me authority to initiate any refunds or reversals etc.
I hope I have explained myself as clear as possible in the above email and I beg that you understand that I have been running an honest business

Upewniłbym sie zgłaszając sprawe do Pay Pal. Skoro jest tak jak mówi, to potwierdzą jego wersje.

koles prawdopodobnie mial lewe bilety w posiadaniu.
Ale lewe w sensie z jednej z firm bileciarskich, ktore zostaly zakmniete przez policje kilka dni temu w UK. Sprzedawaly one bilety po duzo nizszych cenach, bilety ktore nie byly autoryzowane.
Dodam ze te firmy istnialy na rynku ladnych pare lat i dobrze przedly.

Zrobiłem Open dispute i po 2 tygodniach dostałem zwrot pieniędzy.
Okazało się ze to nie wina kolesia. Paypal i ebay zawiesili mu konto za handel biletami.
Dziwne bo inni handlują.
Tak czy inaczej kupiłem następny bilet ;)
