Trojan! Jak to g..... zlikwidować?!

Piszę do was z biura. Na jednym z komputerów objawił się trojan, zapisany jako scrsvr.exe ( bezpośrednio w katalogu windows).
MKS Vir informuje o pliku, ale nie potrafi go usunąć. Próby usunięcia, otwarcia, przemianowania za pomocą różnych programów ( od Notatnika przez Windows Commander po Norton Commander i DOS ) nic nie dały.
Usunęliśmy fragment z win.ini ( ścieżkę run= windows\scrsvr.exe ) , potem usunęliśmy dwa pliki związane z scrnsvr. Potem, udało się usunąć sam plik.
Obecnie pojawił się znowu.
Czy ktoś z was wie może, jak zlikwidować to cholerstwo? Proszę o pomoc, to ważne.

Przeinstaluj system albo skasuj to w dosie/linie/czymstam
