chce wyslac maila po angielsku, sprawdzi ktos jego poprawnosc?
Good morning Wilma
Unfortunately Wlad can't go to Scotland this year, because he took over his father's business- hes now menager in his blacksmith.
I spoke with Wlad couple days ago and he told that if he come to Scotland he will lose his work in Poland which is very important for him. But he promise me that he will come to Kirkcaldy on September to visit me and SEL.
/tu wstawilbym jakis spojnik miedzy 2 zdaniami, ale nie wiem jaki/ I'm coming to Scotland with five other friends, so I would like to ask you if can I bring some of them with me on Monday?
Best regards
Toby

Ogólnie może być.
BTW Jak już jest taki wątek.
Frazę "get by" można tłumaczyć jako "przedostać się/przebić się"?
Azzie [ bonobo ]
get by; survive without having the things you need or want; I lost my job, so I am having a hard time getting by this year.
get by on +; survive with minimal resources; It's nearly impossible to get by on making minimum wage.
get by with + ; manage with; You don't need a computer. You can get by with the typewriter.
Przedostac/przebic sie to get through

Nie jestem na 100% pewien, ale chyba powinno być said zamiast told, ewentualnie told i dodanie osoby do której się zwracano np. told me.

Blacksmith to kowal, kuznia to smithy albo forge. Albo metalworks. Albo ewentualnie workshop (warsztat).
