This is for all those who just wonder WHAT THE FUCK THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT... hopefully this helps you decipher the pseudo-complex pseudo-language that is "Singlish". Now on to the serious stuff:
Singlish was "developed" by the meshing of languages in Singapore as there are so many.. the Singaporean National Service helped to create a lot of it. But it isn't a real language, no, it's just a great mixture of slangs.
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SINGLISH

I. HOW TO PRONOUNCE WORDS
a = AHHH as in fAther
i = EE as in rEEd
e = EH as in rEIn
o = OH as in jOE
u = OO as in "whO"
rh = AH as in fAther but very short, near silent..
xi = SHE as in SHE
qi = KI as in KEY (Tamil accent rules you)
ji = JEE as in "GEE"

f = substitute for "th" as in wiTH as TH is hard to pronounce
f = substitute for "ve" as in leaVE as VE is hard to pronounce
un = substitute for "on't" as in wON'T as ON'T is hard to pronounce
There is no different way to say any of these nouns. This is how they are pronounced EVERY TIME. Only those who can go beyond the Chinese system are far and few between.
THIS MEANS:
poc sounds like "POKE"
chip sounds like "CHEAP"
live sounds like "LEAVE" sounds like "LEAF"
fark sounds like "FUCK"
xiao is pronounced "SHEE - AH - OH"
wo is pronounced "WHOA"
jiuming is pronounced "JEWMING"
xiaoxin is pronounced "SHEE-AH-OH SHEE-N"
leh is pronounced "LAY"
meh is pronounced "MAY"
loh is pronounced "LOW"
II. LAH / LEH / LOR / MAH / MEH
These really have no meaning.. but just as in Chinese, it's something tacked on to the end of a sentence as a sort of punctuation. None of these really have meaning, but since that's hard to understand, I'll describe what they usually are but sometimes are not.
larh / lorh / hor / arh = declarative.. normal tone, non-joking. "dun wori la, can make it"
leh / meh = joking tone. "yarh leh ... wo shi ayUMi -.-"
mah = can be both .. but it is also the sarcastic tone. also the general greeting tone "ni hao mah"
III. CHINESE, MALAY, TEOCHEOW, ENGLISH and HOKKIEN
These languages comprise Singlish. So, a lot of phrases from any of these languages may randomly thrown in to someone's speech, only in Pinyin instead of with Chinese characters.
Examples:
ABIT = a bit
AIYA = yeah, uh (or: attention~)
BO LAMPA = no balls! -insignia
BUEY GAN = useless, worthless (zZdinoZz buay gan 1)
CCB = CHAO CHEE BYE = smelly cunt
CFM / CONFIRM = confirmed, sure (cfm wun make it liao)
CMI = cannot make it
CHIO = cute
CHIO BU = cute girl (xTiCkx has a few of these)
CHIONG = attack (charge!) -chiobublue
E = the (when used by itself; "i e onli poc defender!!")
GONG XI = congratulations
HA? = huh?
HAO = good (i cook hao what)
HENG = lucky (heng~ rainykia rayok dun warp we lose liao Oo)
HOOT = kick the crap out of
HUMJI = no balls/coward
JIUMING = help!!
KENNA = get
KPKB = KAO PEH KAO BU = talk too much (very offensive though)
KNN = KAN NI NA (BEI) = (basically, "fuck your mother", but it literally means "look your mother")
KNS = KENNA SAI = (literally = stepped on shit, meanings may varied ). This time kns liaoz. -imthenewb
KUM LAN = sucks cock -insignia
JIE = thx
LIAO = already
LIM PEH = listen
LIM PEH KA LI KONG = listen to your daddy~!@
LJ = LANJIAO = crappy (literally, means "dick") -insignia
MAI = can't OR don't want to
NO CATCH BALL = don't get it
NI = you
NI HAO MAH = hello, general greeting (how are you)
NI SHI xxx = You am xxx (it may seem odd, but that's how it is)
OI = OII!! (Hey!!!)
PAI SEH = sorry / excuse me
PCB = PHUA CHEE BYE = damn smelly cunt -imthenewb
PCC = PAK CHIU CHIANG = masturbate
SIA = is (abortion abom zai sia)
SIAN = bored
SIAO = angry / crazy / mad (siao leh tt guy daeva !!)
SI BEI = very
SIMI = what (simi abom?? i bo abom , tio poda onli)
SMD = TMD = ti ma de = suck my dick
SONG = happy (dun let tt cb ball until song zzz)
SONG SONG = very good
TALK COCK = brag (dun talk cock lar, ur quorg cannot poc vs 24 nukes)
TIO = got
TT = that as "th" and "t" are hard to pronounce
WAH LAU = wow!
WHACK = attack, hit
WHAT, WAD, WAT = this is hard to explain--it's somewhat defensive, used when defending one's face (my abom 17k/153 what. still cannot poc on tt. u tink i superman is it??)
WO = I (conditionally. I don't want to get into it)
(WO) HEN HAO = very good
(WO) BU HAO = not good
WO SHI xxx = I am xxx
XIAM / SIAM / HSIAM = move!!!
XIAO = little (but not the word. adored kind of like "super" is, but not used often)
XIAOXIN = be careful
XIE NI = thank you
XIE XIE NI = more formal thank you
ZAI = powerful (ur mephit zai sia)
