Director Uwe Boll spoke with Fango recently about his various projects, one of which included BloodRayne. Here's what he had to say:

"BLOODRAYNE is totally different from ALONE IN THE DARK and HOUSE OF THE DEAD; it is more of a classical vampire movie. It is also a ‘knight movie,’ like BRAVEHEART, and set back in the 1700s, with big battle scenes. It was interesting to hear what the actors said about it during shooting. Michael Madsen called it ‘the PULP FICTION of the period piece’ [laughs]. The huge amount of major actors we have in BLOODRAYNE makes every scene interesting. For instance, we have a scene with Meat Loaf in a whorehouse with 10 prostitutes [laughs] and we have Billy Zane as the competitor to Kagan, played by Ben Kingsley. They fight over control of the kingdom. Michael Madsen, Michelle Rodriguez and Matthew Davis play the vampire hunters, and cult actor Michael Paré plays the film’s weapon and armor guy. We even have Udo Keir as a monk—so it is a very interesting group."

no w dupkę! Madsen po takich filmach jak "Donnie Brasco",czy"Wściekłe Psy" wszedł w taki chłam ?
