Guys, as the team captains in the CMAK Armoured (Team) Joust, I wish to get your concurrence to the following:
The Joust is finished, except for 2 games.
Game 3 between Schutzstaffel(FGM) and Holmes was fought months ago and resulted in a Major Victory to Holmes. Holmes however was subsequently found cheating in another game, and has been ejected from the CMHQ PL club as a result. I had proposed that this game be re-fought, however, the gods appear to be against me on this one, and efforts to get a re-fight underway
with a replacement for Holmes have kept stalling for a variety of reasons.
Game 23 between Brosio and Fridericus has been stalled on turn 58 since Frideriucs went AWOL some while ago. He did not use the team password (I think because be joined in late), so efforts to get the game completed using a replacement player have been unsuccessful.
It is now some time since the Joust effectively finished, and as I say circumstances keep getting in the way of a replay of game 3, so I would like, with your collective agreement, to wind proceedings up by the following course of action:
Game 3. Let the original result between Schutzstaffel(FGM) and Holmes stand. We cannot be sure he cheated in this game, and Schutzstaffel(FGM) did not spot anything out of the ordinary at the time.
Game 23. I propose to adjudicate a result for this game based on what I can see from examination of Brosio's last files (which he has sent me along with the password)
This was a good tournament, and although resolution of these 2 games is slightly unsatisfactory, it does not distract from what a great competition it was.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
