Wiem wiem, nic nie ma za darmo, ale mimo to liczę na dobroduszność kogoś, kto włada j. angielskim, jak swoim ojczystym. Poniżej jest umowa o pracę za granicą, którą musi podpisać ojciec mojej koleżanki. Jako, że ja nie czuję się na siłach by to przetłumaczyć, zwracam się z prośbą do kogoś z Was. Wiem, że jest tutaj sporo osób z krajów anglojęzycznych i tego typy tekst będzie dla któregoś bułką z masłem. Od razu zaznaczam, by darowano sobie tłumaczenia z internetowych translatorów. Ten dokument jest za ważny, by sobie żartować. Z góry dziękuję za każdą okazaną pomoc. Wiem, że tego jest sporo, ja sam już zacząłem tłumaczyć ze słownikiem, jednak nie ukrywam, że najlepiej byłoby gdyby tekst brzmiał naprawde sensownie.

Workers Registration Scheme: From 1 May 2004 most nationals of the new member states working in the UK will be subject to the Worker Registration Scheme. You need to register if you plan to work for more than one month for an employer in the UK. You must apply to register as soon as you start a new job. If you do not apply within one month of starting a job, your employment will be illegal after that date. Upon commencement of your employment you should complete the attached WRS form. You will be given help and assistance with this when you arrive at the company. Further information is available in the attached information leaflet for your information.

Hourly rate of pay: £6.50 STG

Contracted Hours of Work: 40

Overtime rate: All overtime will be paid at the basic rate of £6.50 per hour

Tax and National Insurance: The Company has a legal obligation to deduct PAYE (Tax to the government) at a varying rate between 20% and 23% excluding tax free allowance and employee National Insurance contributions at a rate of approximately 10% from all earnings by the employee. National Insurance contributions allows the employee to benefit from state paid sick pay while suffering an illness which prevents the employee from working. It also allows the employee to visit a doctor free of charge and be hospitalised if necessary free of charge. However a set amount of approximate £6.50 will be paid for any medication prescribed by the doctor.

Sick Pay: Statutory sick pay of £13.23 per day. Payment is not made for the first three days of absence and is only made for your normal working day.

Site Work: If the employee is working on site in the Republic of Ireland, UK Mainland, Isle of Man or any other European Country, arrangements will be made for accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis or alternative arrangements may be made by way of shared accommodation which will be subsidised

Holiday Entitlement: The holiday entitlement is 29 days per year to include 8 public holidays (pro rata). Weekly paid workers are required to accrue their holiday entitlement.

Terms & Conditions of Employment: As per Employee Handbook

Review: A probationary period of two to four weeks will be allowed for each employee. After a period of two weeks an assessment will be held to ascertain the employee’s progress to date. If it is found that the employee is unable to carry out the work that he stated he could do at interview, or it is found that the information he provided is not factual, his employment will be terminated and he will immediately return to the Czech Republic. The cost of this flight will be borne by the company.If the employee has proved himself after the two weeks the contract of employment will be signed.If the company feels that the employee still requires some time in order to adjust to the new working environment or improve his skills, a further two weeks will be allowed in which the employee will be given the opportunity to show improvement. Should the employee fail to do this within the two week period and the company does not believe he will be able to successfully undertake the tasks given, his employment will be terminated and he will return to his country of origin. The cost of this return flight will be borne by the employee

Accommodation:(if based at workshop in Lisburn)

- Shared accommodation will be provided by McGrath Group.
- A rent charge of £40.00 per week will be paid to the employer by the employee.
- Living expenses will be paid for by the occupants i.e. Electricity bills, heating bills, telephone bills, food bills, clothing etc.
- Daily maintenance and upkeep of the accommodation will be undertaken by the occupants i.e. cleaning of the premises, mowing the lawns etc.
- The accommodation must be maintained at an acceptable level of cleanliness and repair. Should the occupants fail to maintain the premises the McGrath Group will reserve the right to employ a person to carry out this duty and the cost of same will be deducted from the employee’s earnings.
- Any items of fixtures and fittings broken by the occupants will be immediately replaced by the occupants.
