Problem z Live Streamingiem Video.

Hej, mam problem ze stronami, które oferują live streaming różnych stacji. Posiadam internet 6mb. Filmy poprostu zacinają się, często muszą się buforować. Czy jest jakiś sposób aby to rozwiązać. Mówię tutaj np. o atdhe.tv lub justinie.
