No wlasnie czy mial ktos juz do czynienia z tego typu bledem? A jezeli tak to jak sie go pozbyc? Wyskakuje mi on, kiedy probuje uruchomic Might&Magic 6 na win 2000, plyta napewno nie jest uszkodzona gdyz na win 98 se moglem grac bez problemu. Bardzo mi zalezy na tej grze wiec bardzo prosze o pomoc.

You'll get this if you're trying to run a self-installing executable that's been compressed with the SHRINKER utility from Blink (www.blinkinc.com). The problem is that SHRINKER tries to load a VXD, and wine doesn't support VXD's because it's too dangerous to give a Windows program kernel-level privileges.
You can try to run the program under nt40 windows version setting (-> "man wine.conf") which apparently doesn't use VXD's, but you will get a crash. The reason for the crash is that the application tries to read memory that it has just protected from reading via VIRTUAL_SetProt. why this should be, and what the right reaction should be is unknown

No to pieknie. Widzialem to wczesniej, ale mialem nadzieje, ze ktos moze jest w stanie pomoc. Nic to dzieki za pomoc.

Na jednej z list dyskusyjnych, znalalzem informacje ze komus pomogl format + ponowna instalacja Windowsa. Z tym ze to byl Win98SE.
