Windows 7 gdzie dodać filtr ISAPI?

Witam potrzebuje dodać filtr ISAPI w Windows 7 wersji Ultimate (64 bity) i nie mogę tego znaleźć. W XP było w Panel sterowania->Narzędzia administracyjne->Internetowe usługi informacyjne->Lokalny komputer->Witryny sieci web-> i tutaj prawym na domyślnej witrynie:właściwości->Zakładka filtry ISAPI

User Interface
To use the UI

1.

Open IIS Manager and navigate to the level you want to manage. For information about opening IIS Manager, see Open IIS Manager (IIS 7). For information about navigating to locations in the UI, see Navigation in IIS Manager (IIS 7).

In Features View, on the server or siteHome page, double-click ISAPI Filters.
3.

On the ISAPI Filters page, in the Actions pane, click Add.
4.

In the Add ISAPI Filter dialog box:
* In the Filter name box, type a friendly name for the ISAPI filter.

* In the Executable box, type the file system path of the location of ISAPI filter file, or click the browse button (...) to navigate to the folder that contains the ISAPI filter file.

5.

Click OK.
